A Dream Oracle

From the Greek Magical Papyri

This spell will answer you a question in your dreams. It is a request for a dream oracle. You will need:

a strip of tinfoil
a copper stylus
myrtle leaves
a censer
frankinscense.

After keeping yourself pure for three days, write the following using a copper stylus on a strip of tinfoil:

MOU AMOU AU IAO ABARBARASA AIO BAOA CHPHENOURIS AOB AMO ADONAI OIG IIII OTHTHOUO AORCHA ARORCHA CHAXYNNERE THIRARI OTHO CHOOTH ERRE OCHO ANA EEPHRORE CHEIR EIN IEIO OOAAMADAA
OOO OOO OOA

Crown this foil with myrtle leaves, and place the censor next to it. Make a burnt offering of frankincense and pass the metal through and around the vapor while saying:

Lords, gods, reveal to me concerning the NN matter
tonight, in the coming hours. Emphatically I beg, I supplicate, I your servant and enthroned by you.

Place the foil under your pillow. Do not speak to anyone or answer their questions before falling asleep.
